We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with an active Virginia NP license for a PRN trainer position in post-acute care settings in the greater Richmond, Virginia market.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Train providers in their assigned facility on Legacy Care policy and standards, proper documentation, billing and coding and new EMR systems
  • Exceptional inpatient care in a post-acute care setting
  • Willing to travel within 3 hours from home
  • Provide vacation and time off coverage as available

  • Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Active Virginia license and DEA license in good standing
  • 5 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (post-acute/long-term care experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with EMR 
  • Compassionate, Intelligent, Motivated, Team Player
